A 119 m² duplex penthouse on the 5th floor with two sea-view terraces, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Carvajal beach is one minute away, on the border of Fuengirola and Benalmádena.

Room by room

Living room and kitchen

The entrance floor opens into a bright living room with a big corner sofa, a dining table and a smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and more than 60 channels. The kitchen is open to the living area and has everything you need to cook: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Glazed terrace with BBQ

Our favourite spot for long evenings. The partly glazed terrace has a dining table facing the sea, an outdoor kitchenette with a sink and a gas BBQ. Light the grill and watch the sun go down.

Two bedrooms

Both bedrooms have a double bed, air conditioning, a smart TV and built-in wardrobes. One has a glass door onto the terrace and a view of the sea; its double bed is two single mattresses, one firm and one soft. The other sits under sloping ceilings with big skylights, has a desk with an ergonomic chair for remote work, and one large mattress. Light duvets and blankets are in the wardrobes for cooler nights, and there is a travel cot.

Two bathrooms

Downstairs, by the entrance hall, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, under the sloping roof, is a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Towels, a hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel are provided, and there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Sunny terrace off the living room

Step out of the living room onto a terrace that gets sun all day. Sea views, a wooden table, an awning for shade and a hammock for the afternoon siesta.

Arrival and parking

Self check-in with a smart lock, a lift to the 5th floor, and stairs inside the apartment to the upper floor. If you come by car, a free covered parking space is yours in the building's shared garage.

One minute to the beach

Carvajal beach is just across the promenade, with showers, a playground and beach bars. In the apartment you'll find a parasol, two wooden sun loungers, a beach bag, towels and sand toys. With a bit of luck you'll see dolphins from the shore.
